Asplenium scolopendrium 'Cristatum'

Asplenium scolopendrium 'Cristatum'   Fronds with forking tips are not uncommon but if the forking is simply splitting it is unlikely to be constant, and unless every frond is the same future development is likely to be disappointing. In fact, pure cresting at the frond tip is not that common. More often the frond branches lower down before cresting terminally.

__________

More than 10,000 varieties of ferns are found all over the world. Ferns reproduce by spores. They filter polluted air and produce pure oxygen.

Care: The plant should not be placed in full sun but should receive much light indirectly. Water sufficiently to keep the soil moist.
