Brunnera macrophylla 'Jack Frost'
Siberian Bugloss)
Garden plant for flowerbed in moist free-draining soil. Will grow in full shade but best in a partially shaded spot. Ideal for planting in a woodland garden. Also provides good groundcover on slopes, banks or for underplanting.
Large clump-forming, heart-shaped leaves frosted with silver, pronounced veins and edges are a dark green. In the shaded spot they almost sparkle! In early Spring, clouds of tiny bright blue, forget-me-not flowers compliment the dense foliage. Attractive to butterflies.
