Garden plant for the flowerbed in well-drained or dry soil in sun or partial shade. Also good in containers. Grown more for its foliage than flowers.

A striking, architectural perennial with dark purple everygreen leaves and contrasting lime-green dome-shaped flowers in late Spring. Foliage changes from green to red through the seasons giving year round interest.
