Garden plant for flowerbed in rich free-draining soil in a sunny position. A cottage garden favourite! Attracts bees. Compact and long-flowering it also makes it ideal in containers on the patio.
Semi-everygreen, bushy perennial that carries sprays of tubular, purple flowers with white throats from mid-Summer onwards, above fresh green foliage.
