Tea Tree
Ideal for pots and seaside gardens
Profusion of single, pale pink flowers from late winter through early spring. Compact evergreen shrub with armomatic small olive-bronze leaves.
Height and Spread in 10 years:
30cm x 45cm (12in x 18in)
Position: A sheltered sunny wall preferring a fertile acid and well-drained soil.
Planting: Soak the rootball before planting. Plant in a hole twice the diameter of the root-ball or pot. Mix an acid organic soil improver and general fertiliser with the infill soil. Water regularly until established.
Care: Frost hardy, but needs shelter from cold north and east winds. Thrives in seaside gardens.
